    From that foundation, you’ll set your values, recognise and reconnect with your strengths to shape a direction that reflects who you are now.

  • Letter A for acronym LEAP

    Align & act

    You’ll move into taking clear, aligned steps forward. I’ll support you with structure, accountability, and tools to build your network.

  • Letter P for acronym LEAP

    Play it out

    You’ll integrate new skills, navigate challenges with confidence and resilience, and start seeing results.

  • A 10-week 1:1 structured and personalised coaching programme that you can complete in up to five months - you decide your own pace: weekly, fortnighly or anything in between!

  • Additional 5-monthly support online sessions to bring questions, navigate challenges, stay accountable, reflect on your progress and celebrate your wins; (delivered in a reduced group)

  • Email support between sessions, to help you as your progress unfold

  • Worksheets, tools, and resources to support you throughout the process
