Hi! I’m Rosa!
If you’re here, you may already know that women’s careers don’t tend to be linear. They’re squiggly, and along that journey we develop skills, face challenges, do lots of learning and begin to see more clearly where we want to be.
Having lived in three different countries and worked across different sectors, I’ve made several career transitions myself: from administration to marketing, from education to inclusion. I’ve started from scratch several times, learning everything about the sector I was moving into.
I want to offer women the kind of support I would have loved much earlier in my own career.
Sometimes I followed my passion. That’s how I ended up launching a social enterprise, a journey where I gained so much, even if there were also losses along the way.
Sometimes, I’ll be honest, my career evolved in ways I hadn’t expected. That’s how I landed in marketing!
Along the way, I studied marketing, graduated in Sociology, completed my MSc in Development Management, and qualified as a teacher as well as an equality, diversity and inclusion trainer, most of it while working full time.
To support my facilitation work, I trained in non-violent communication and coaching skills and became hooked by the transformation they brought. After experiencing coaching myself, I decided to qualify as a coach to support women through their own transitions.
Today, I want to offer women the support I would have loved much earlier in my own career.
