LEAP is my signature coaching programme to support you in moving forward in your career, in a way that feels right for you.

If you’ve reached a point where you know something needs to change, but you’re not sure how to move forward, this is where we work through it together.

    From that foundation, you’ll set your values, recognise and reconnect with your strengths to shape a direction that reflects who you are now.

    You’ll move into taking clear, aligned steps forward. I’ll support you with structure, accountability, and tools to build your network.

How this works

  • A 10-week 1:1 coaching programme

  • One initial 60-minute session and nine 50-minute sessions

  • Weekly or fortnightly sessions, depending on your pace

  • Email support between sessions, to help you as your progress unfold

  • Worksheets, tools, and resources to support you throughout the process
